We are proud to be able to present this iconic and world unique obstacle! This obstacle will require all your grit and endurance. Pedal with your arms to the end of the obstacle!
A world unique obstacle, only in Oslo. A 150m long slope with about 35 degrees incline. Get yourself up there! The finish line is waiting for you at the top.
A classic obstacle which requires upper body strength and technique. Climb the bars without touching the ground. The obstacle is approximately 8m long.
Fast lane to the classic Monkey bar. Get from one pole to another by using swing, momentum and jumping. The bars are approximately 35mm thick and the length between them is 175cm. Total length of the obstacle is about 6m across. Hit the bell when you reach the end.
A super sized mudland. Need we say more?
Either jump between the mounds or go down into the pits . The pits are about 1m deep and the mounds are about 1m high.
Run, jump and grab the rope and slide to the other side without touching the ground. Make sure to have enough speed or you will slide back to the start.
A classic obstacle where you have to go over the plank . Plank height varies, but is often around 1,6-1,7m high. You may not use the scaffolding as help.
There are 2 ways to do this. Either take it slow and stop and grab the platform after each jump. Those feeling confident choose to jump from platform to platform without stopping.
Move the rings one by one in a controlled motion from peg to peg until you have crossed the whole pipe. Make sure you have a good grip on the rings since you will be hanging with your whole body weight on one hand while moving the rings.
Carry the bag from point A to point B. The bag weighs about 20kg .
